glad I have been hitting the Crossfit gym--these books are hard to carry. 7 pallets was 1000 books--4 per case was all that would fit. I guess 6 was over 40 pounds:)
On Rappan Athuk--we are almost at $80k--I bet we will be over by the middle of next week at the latest. So-advice requested. what would I need to add to the $10k reward to get a bite? I want bragging rights on a $10k buyer on Kickstarter. Tell me what it would take.
I'm thinking richer fans. That's 3 months of pay for me.
ReplyDeleteSomething a group of grognards could get together and combines wallets and enjoy
ReplyDeleteA payment plan and/or financing
ReplyDeleteAn updated all inclusive Golden Ticket maybe...?
ReplyDeleteThe $10,000 level seems more appropriate for a store. If I was pledge at this level as an individual. I would only want two of everything to maximize the different versions for the product and the extras. The other 14 I would want store credit for your cost for other existing or future products. Since I from Dallas and honestly don't have that many friends, instead of having you fly to me, I would rather have my flight paid to go PaizoCon plus I would schedule it so we could meet at your home before to see the Frog God operation and discuss the other extras like the characters and naming the monster. Also, since I hate driving places I am unfamiliar with I would have you pick me at the airport. Any other extras would need to be centered on my visit as an individual. Good luck, Bill
ReplyDeleteFor the $10K reward, I would like a scale model of the entire Rappan Athuk Complete...made of chocolate. And an Orcus Figurine made of chocolate and filled with marshmallow...gooey, delicious, evil marshmallow.
ReplyDeleteAnd just to be clear, I meant a scale model of Rappan Athuk Complete Dungeon with all levels, not the book (which would still be huge).
ReplyDeleteMmmmm Chocolate....
